If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To qualify for a return:

  • The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, pouches, and certificates of authenticity must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

  • Final Sale items.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Once we receive your original item, we’ll send out the replacement.

  • If there’s a price difference, we’ll charge or refund the balance accordingly.
